Outdoorable Client Waiver

1. Introduction
Welcome to Outdoorable! By booking a session with an Outdoorable expert, you agree to this Client Agreement & Waiver. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.


2. Acknowledgment of Services
Outdoorable provides a platform that connects individuals (“Clients”) with outdoor professionals, guides, and experts (“Experts”) via video call. These sessions are for informational purposes only and do not replace guided trips, professional training, or emergency services.

3. No Liability for Recommendations or Advice

By using Outdoorable, you acknowledge that: • The information provided by Experts is based on personal knowledge and experience, and Outdoorable does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of recommendations. • Outdoorable does not endorse or assume responsibility for the safety, legality, or feasibility of any routes, trails, activities, or recommendations provided. • Outdoorable and its Experts are not liable for any injury, loss, damages, accidents, or incidents that may occur before, during, or after your trip based on
the advice received in a session. • Outdoorable does  on trails, roads, or other locations discussed in sessions.
4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
By booking a session, you acknowledge and assume full personal responsibility for your own safety, actions, and decisions. You expressly waive and release Outdoorable, its affiliates, officers, employees, and Experts from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise from your reliance on advice given during an Outdoorable session.
5. No Guarantees or Warranties
Outdoorable makes no guarantees regarding: • The accuracy of information provided by Experts. • The outcome of any trip, route, or activity discussed. • The availability, experience level, or background of specific Experts.
6. Payment & Cancellation Policy • Outdoorable sessions are currently free during beta testing but may become paid in the future. • Clients must show up on time for scheduled sessions. • If a session must be rescheduled, Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in losing access to free sessions.
7. Data Collection & Privacy • Outdoorable may record and transcribe sessions for quality assurance and to generate post-session summaries. • Outdoorable does not sell or share personal data with third parties. • By using Outdoorable, you consent to receiving follow-up emails from your Expert with a summary of your session.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of Outdoorable shall be resolved exclusively in the state of Delaware under Delaware law. Clients agree to waive their right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit against Outdoorable.
9. Changes to this Agreement
Outdoorable reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
