Our family has lived and worked just outside Acadia for the last two summers. I’ve helped countless visitors get the most out of their short trips—from which hikes are kid-friendly to when to tackle Beehive Trail for the best views (and fewest crowds). We know the park’s hidden gems, rainy-day options, and the best spots to picnic with kids.
Exploring Utah’s national parks with kids opened our eyes to how much fun families can have in rugged desert terrain. From shimmying through slot canyons in Arches’ Fiery Furnace to sunset hikes in Bryce, we’ve tackled these parks in a way that’s playful, awe-inspiring, and manageable for younger travelers.
As North Carolina natives, we’ve explored both the Appalachian side of the state and the rolling hills of the Piedmont. Whether you’re looking for waterfalls, forest hikes, or quick escapes from the city, I can help families find the right fit for their interests and comfort level.
Since 2021, we’ve been traveling the U.S. in our RV—visiting national parks, working seasonally, and homeschooling along the way. I love helping other families figure out how to make adventure part of their rhythm, whether it’s a two-week vacation or a life on the road.
Hi! I’m Stephanie—a full-time traveler, outdoor lover, and mom of two. Since 2021, my family has been on the road in our RV, exploring national parks, working seasonal jobs, and soaking in the beauty of the U.S. together. We’ve hiked hundreds of trails with elementary-age kids, and we know the highs (and challenges!) of planning great trips as a family.
My background is in education and ministry, and I’ve always loved connecting with people. Whether you’re a weekend warrior, summer road-tripper, or curious about full-time travel, I’d love to help you feel confident, inspired, and excited for the road ahead.
